Pros

Great diversity: Most EMS locations have a very diverse group of people which makes the workplace great. Many opportunities: Most EMS locations offer various career opportunities within the location, but also at other locations if you’re willing to transfer. Training and development: Most EMS locations have a great focus on making sure you get all the necessary training. Interesting and challenging work

Cons

Difficulties in Retaining good people: Many EMS locations are struggling retaining the good heads. Over standardizing: Many processes has been over standardized and making them less efficient.

Pros

Good trainings ae available. Most of people are very had working. Some employees are very academically techinical and some projects are a differentiator.

Cons

Too much work....usually 1 employee handles the amount of 2 or more people tasks. Salary is not so good. Local management is pretty young.....typically 12 hours work on weekly days.
