Decent insurance .discounted stock plan but stock prices are all over the place due to the trying to buy every company. Walmart of the oilfield

Cons

The higher you get promoted the quicker you will be released. I was let go because I was making too much .the country manager then told me if I told anyone that they would ruin me.anti American .

During the 14 years career, there was mostly positive experience to be had, though my last position forced me to leave, due to an incompetent and clueless boss.

Cons

Some clueless and incompetent people promoted too quick as a result of equal opportunity initiative.
