Where do I even begin? It starts at the top with one of the most incompetent management groups I have ever seen. No idea how these guys got into this role because they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They just sign, sign, sign away at deals for more money in their pockets while it creates deadlines that are simply impossible. Their developers and lower level staff are then the one that takes their fall for their poor project management understanding. Their hiring practices are so deceptive. You will be promised a chance at a promotion every six months. Don't get excited you won't even get those write-up meetings. There is no direction or training, you will be expected to learn entirely new software without any assistance from anyone. Three weeks after moving to an entirely new and obscure software, I was fired for "poor performance" despite receiving tons of praise for my work in previous areas. Out of the blue nonetheless, no PIP, no conversations, a random call to inform me that I was getting fired. I have never seen a more incompetent and unprofessional organization as this one. Only thing they care about is growth and they don't care who they step on for a small marginal benefit. Also for those looking to do consulting, pay is way below industry standard. The only benefit is being fully remote so you don't have to see these incompetent people everyday. Stay far, far away from this company!!
