No training program. Hard to get a grasp of everything without previous experience/training. Your experience will depend on who your manager is/ what team you get to work with.

The management is awful, trust on the reviews that says it, it's absolutely true. Environment works with high stress due to poor management, projects that would take 4 months to be implemented are sold to the customer as if they were going to take just 1 month, which leads to delay and pressure, as the fault for not delivering on time will be yours You work for much more than 8 hours a day and you don't receive anything for it, not even money or recognition, after all what matters is the project being delivered and if it is not delivered on time it is strictly your fault, there is a false aura that "your salary is above average", which is false, with what you end up doing you would have to receive much more. Last but not least, Jose Bagina is a toxic and narcisist boss. He does micromanagement and will make your life a hell, I think this is the only thing that he is actually good at. For your mental health, avoid this company.
