The Charlotte office has a horrible culture and toxic work environment with lots of finger pointing and "alliances", you don't know who you can trust. Unattainable goals are set - setting the team up for failure.

It was a great Family company and the employees truly felt like family. Company supported employee decision making, empowerment and flexibility.

Cons

They have gone through significant reorganizational changes. Unfortunately, they lost alot of great people that helped grow the company.

Very good benefits, match at 5% for 401k with retirement contribution.

Cons

Deferred profit sharing could be very low for newcomers. Most companies come in at least at 2-3000 dollar bonus, starting could be at 2-300 dollars.
