      Pros

      Pay is competitive. Profit sharing.will be missed.

      Cons

      BPT does not promote within any longer. They would rather a long time employee leave with company knowledge of 17 years than allow that person to be promoted to a new position they are more than capable of filling. They would rather bring someone new in from the outside and have to train that person in corporate culture. Pay raises in this last fiscal were dismal at best. Not fair to punish those that didn't cause the problems and had no work arounds to get work done because of another department.

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with and the pay is fair. Some of the recent reorganization was necessary but it went to far.

      Cons

      Management by fear, management does not want anyone to question anything- just shut up and do it. Low moral, concern about the long term viability of the company, knowledge erosion is getting worse every day. Management does not empower their employees. So much more could get done if they did. Lots of Directors and VP's... Seem to announce a new one each week. Seems to be getting very too heavy.

      Nice office and environment at Frimley office

      Cons

      Work life balance poor. Too much work for too few people. Constant drive to cut heads, coupled with Automation projects massively under resourced and ill equipped. Requests across all levels to increase working from home by just 1 more day a week, is simply ignored.. People leaving all over the place. Ignored. Company does not put people first, despite all the spin being put out there on social media. salaries below average. Benefits below average. Products below average. what a shame
