Pay Summer hours (1/2 day Friday) JMBA & Daycare center

Cons

It seems like the uninformed few are calling all of the shots. Some KPIs are so focused that people only care to hit that and not look at the overall affect to the company; while other KPIs are so broad you can't even affect it, yet it accounts for a good portion of your review. Very cliquey environment. If you want to relive the Highschool glory days, you'd love working here.

Pros

Benefits and pay are good. I enjoy having the company store where we can buy discounted product. I also feel that I have career advancement.

Cons

I do not recommend working for this company. I am trying to decide if the benefits and pay are worth the unbearable stress. it’s quite the experience. The SCJ experience that is. We’ve made a lot of change but no improvements.
