Thanks for your comments. We respectfully disagree with some of your conclusions, but we want to continually learn and grow as an organization, and that includes considering to all perspectives. We’ll share your thoughts with the right folks. One thing we can agree on: there are many, many great people at SCJ. We’re glad you saw that too, and sorry to hear that your overall experience here wasn’t ideal.

We strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. We recognize this may not be the preference of some and appreciate that may be the case, but we are committed to maintaining our unique culture by attracting and retaining SCJ people who are aligned with our common values and purpose of working for a better world.
