Regarding our telecommuting policy, it is true that we strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. We recognize this may not be the preference of some and appreciate that may be the case.
Regarding career growth, through our various business functions and units, SCJ people have the opportunity to develop a breadth of skills and understanding of our company across roles and leadership levels. SCJ also supports growth through broadening experiences, which may include special projects, short-term assignments or cross-functional moves.
