Pros

1. Great work culture. 2. Good policies. 3. Work on latest technologies.

Cons

1. Incompetent local management - Local management (few directors and managers) are working here for a long long time and are not able to understand/follow/adapt to the current market. Their laid back and ball passing attitude isn't doing good to the company. Their main motive is to remain in this company till retirement. 2. Local management feels insecure from talented/smart employees. They somehow try to suppress in one way or the other, ultimately leading to high attrition. Being an analytics leader, HR should apply some analytics to find out how many talented professionals have left the company in 2016/17 and because of which reasons. 3. Good communication skills are at least expected from the flag-bearers of the company. See, if you could impart some extensive communication training to the local higher management. 4. Promotions are "ALSO" handed over to those who have been working in this company for years (on the same role). It leads to frustration among those who actually work hard towards the betterment of the product/company.

Pros

Nice campus. Some departments still have a 35-hour work week. Some of the on-campus perks and services are nice.

Cons

The "best place to work" stuff has become more spin than anything. Terrible, short-sighted management. The company has started adopting some of the worst trends in management and HR policies. It's ugly. SSOD is especially bad.

Pros

Gym, pool, cafeteria (partially subsidized), and benefits are all very good. Nice company owned hotel on beautifully manicured campus maintained at a very high level.

Cons

Do not believe what you hear about how great this place is to work if you are in sales. Its great if you are in HR, Accounting, etc. but sales does not run like a normal organization because they are privately held and are completely inbred. Sales morale is decreasing beginning with the inside sales group who was recently kicked off campus. They are in a decreasing revenue mode and also are in the process of releasing a new architecture for the platform which means they have to support 2 tool frameworks which is very difficult to articulate. Customers will be reluctant to adopt this which will cause a continued spiraling shrinkage of the company.
