      If your young it sucks to work at SAS, they don't have a good internship program and the majority of devs are over 40.

      Pros

      Not much here. Money. If you are interested solely in money irrespective of providing value to customers, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      It's all about money. Quality of product delivery and project delivery is always second (or farther) down the ladder. As long as software is being sold "it's all good". Not a lot of skilled delivery people.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for accessing free virtual libraries, book stores, webinars, e-learning tranings and other virtual accesses. SAS has a great reputation on analytics.

      Cons

      Great Place to Work motto is only applicable for major countries such as US, Canada, UK and Germany. Rest of SAS Offices' employees suffered from unfair conditions, diversity issues. HR Office has not shown enough effort to know employee's conditions in other SAS offices.
