      Good benefits Excellent physical work environment Invests heavily in technology

      Cons

      The Cary, NC HQ is the center of the SAS universe. If you aren't located there, opportunity for advancement is minimized. There is also a lot of nepotism at SAS. Who you know is often more important than what you have achieved when it comes to getting promoted. No tuition reimbursement. Employees may take any SAS courses for free, but that's it. Pay scale is a bit low compared to competitors.

      Pros

      Great benefits, nice people, cafeteria, gym, and health care center. The campus is beautiful and very nice to drive through.

      Cons

      It's very hard to move up due to people never wanting to leave the company. They also do not pay well or very competitive to the job market due to the benefits and all the people who want to work there so bad. They get away with offering a lower salary because "everyone wants to work there". Don't fall for it.

      Lots of great benefits Some co-workers great. Staff canteen great.

      Cons

      Local management team not up to motivating staff. Culture of favourites and if you are not you do not feel welcome
