      Great benefits, flexible work hours

      Cons

      If you don't work at headquarters in Cary, NC, the opportunity for advancement or new position is limited. In the past 3 of my 17 years employed here, there have been more "sudden departures" of long term employees (15+ years) than I've ever seen.

      You get to work with damn cool Cary people 3 stars only for SAS Cary.

      Cons

      Pune management sucks. Manager oriented. Manager dictates every discussion. No freedom of work. Manager never trusts it's employee. If you are in good books with manager, you can get away without work and enjoy all perks. If you go against , your performance is screwed up. No bonus and no hike no matter how much good you work. Wfh is real joke. It's only on paper. Depends on your manager.
