      Solid compensation package and benefits Flexible working environment (work at the office or from home)

      Cons

      Organization is going through a massive global re-organization of their sales teams. Executive management team is 'hush, hush' about what's going on internally, given the company is private and owned by an eccentric billionaire in North Carolina. No strategic focus. Company is mired in legacy offerings. No cloud strategy in 2017.

      Claims to be an awardee for "Best Employer of the Year".

      Cons

      Too structured/ lack of flexibility and agility in terms of management style. Downside is, if gatekeepers to top management, business development and project implementation are too rigid and strict, focus won't be customer experience/relationships and creative solution offerings.
