Pros

Benefits and paid time off. Acceptance of remote work.

Cons

Poor communication, and teamwork. Almost everyone working at SAS has been here 20+ years so it is difficult to get any onboarding or clear documentation on processes. Advertise 7 hour work days, but this only seems to apply to non engineer roles, there's a lot of working weekends.

Pros

Great benefits with Healthcare onsite.

Cons

Horrible pay and appreciation. Stuck in the same gig. Takes an act of God to move out of the Service Desk. Were valued less then Housekeeping. Worked through the entire pandemic onsite no thank you no bonuses while the rest of the company was home through the whole pandemic.
