Pros
Not much i can think of but when i started off the pay was good compared to what other companies were offering. Also i was hired based on my programming ability than the specific language knowledge.
Cons
More importance is given to make non-competent employees feel good at the cost of product quality. As such there is little respect for US counterpart and nobody really cares about timely deliveries. WFH policy is a real joke and if you at all get it the manager will all the time act like he did you a huge favour and work contribution you did counts to none.
