      Pros

      Working for a large company has some advantages. There is a lot of room for growth and even for switching positions if you want. When there are no budget restrictions, you can attend conferences and other professional development-type events.

      Cons

      It's hard to be proud of working at SAP. The people who use it either hate it or are indifferent toward it. The people who build it are the same way. There are some smart, creative people, but you have to look hard to find them.

      Challenges your abilities. Good benefits.

      Cons

      No support for consultants skill transformation - no investment. I feel like an independent consultant. Consulting services are too expensive. Fees should be flexible during the economic downturn.

      Good place to work, good salaries, good place to develop knowledge, good benefits. Well run company. World leader in industry.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted. Hard to get recognized. Consultancy performance is rated by management too highly on utilization and not enough emphasis on quality of work. Financial company achievements are not translated into renumeration for employees.
