      Good place to work however too many processes get in the way of letting you do your work efficiently.

      Pros

      Great experience working with many different teams within one enormous company. Social media is promoted within the company to encourage knowledge sharing and better team community. Good experience working within one of the largest software companies in the world. Lots of opportunity to move into different roles within the same company.

      Cons

      Large companies are often inundated with processes that get in the way of your work. SAP is no different. It sometimes takes months to get paperwork approved and alot of times you don't know where the delay is occurring. Benefits are not as good as you would have within a smaller software company in my experience.

      Great compensation package, bonus structure is fair, ability to work on different projects, work with different groups within SAP, Sr. Mgmt is very supportive

      Cons

      Work/Life balance needs to get better, bonus structure is tied to utilization rate, MBO, etc.. Career planning needs to be defined and executed better.

      Cons

      If you're a workaholic, this isn't the place for you. If you lack competitive communication skills, again this isn't the place for you.
