Pros

Being a cabin crew is an amazing job, but Ryanair is probably the worst company of all low cost airlines. The roster is 5 working days and 3 days off which is the best part of working for Ryanair.

Cons

You will recieve the working conditions after the Training cousre and off course - the salary most likely is around the minimum salary in the country you will be based. They send you to your base straight after the course so you don't have time to find where to live. No one will help you with accomodation, issueing required documents, social insurence, IRISH bank account - which if you don't have on time, you won't recieve any money. If you call sick this can be a reason to be fired. In my case I have never called sick, i had no discrepuncy, no lates and I was dissmissed during my probation ( as all my collegues in probation) because they desided to close the base. In the letter for dissmissal it's written that the reason is "excess capacity" while interviews and training courses are still going and they are hiring people every day.
