Pros

Discounted Travel Chance to Internally progress if you want it, with opportunities to move around

Cons

Pay for lower roles is pretty basic Nepotism exists to an extent Some people are allowed progress into roles because they are able to play the game rather than being qualified and experienced enough Top down communication is sometimes non existent or on a need to know basis Cheap approach to overall workplace management evident during covid period

Pros

You can start working in any age, you can travel a lot changing bases or in your days off, new friends from all over the world. It's an amazing experience that I will never forget. It is an amazing company to start and if you are happy with your base why not to stay "forever". It is a company that you can work and have a family on the same time because you are every night at home. 5-3 roster. Love it!

Cons

You can't choose your base and sometimes it's really hard to find accommodation. The salary it depends on where is your base so... Sometimes you feel that is a little bit unfair compared to the other bases. You get paid only the flight hours that means that if you have delays on the ground for any reason... You don't get paid for this.
