Pros

Amazing pay and travel benefits - Have worked previously for british airways and must say Ryanair pay atlast 15% more than easyjet and Britishairways Crew are nice to each other which makes the day so greaT - New improved staff travel and standby travel Better oppurtunities to progress than any other airline - promote to supervisor IN 1 year! BEST ROSTER ever - 5 days on 3 days off - plenty of rest and can plan your whole year without interruption

Cons

Long hours - 4 sectors - rude passengers

Pros

I didnt find any pros from this job

Cons

This is the worse ever company which i was working. Training was for 9 days 9-5 which was good but training was very poor as has a lot of information which you are not using while working. White tickets for staff to travel i find useless especially if you are traveling with family as it serves for if there is a space in the aircraft on that flight then you can flight , if non then non. Unsocial hours are not paid extra , and they can start at 2am , 3am ,4am. paid is 12.50 per hour but one thing which they are telling your after you start to work is that if you take a sick for even one day and didnt attend shift then you will not receive your attendence bonus 0.86 for a whole month. So it means that you will receive 11.64 per hour for a full month instead of 12.50. No uniform for a months , no parking for a months. They are expecting that girl must wear full make up with fondation and bright lipstick at 2am , 3am etc. Only heels must be worn and you standing nearly 9 hours on them. I dont recommend this job at all . also they asking for 100500 references and letters with dates from previous employers before you start working.
