Pros

I dont find any pros in this company

Cons

-exploitation - no basic salary, you get what you fly per month, guess what you receive if they dont give you any flights -need to work like a slave - have to bring with you to the flights your own water and food - work more than 13 hours in one day and instead of letting you stay in an hotel for a night, make you do a 3 hour trip by taxi -talk rudely to you because you dont sell enough, because you called sick even if you have the medical certificate or also because your lipstick doesnt match your nails -have to pay almost 100 eur of ticket go andto back to visit my family in another country

Pros

5/3 roster pattern Experience in aviation

Cons

Only 25% of the crew works directly for Ryanair. They only pay for the flight hours, not the hours spent on duty (sometimes you get stuck on the ground for hours). Contractors have 0 hours contracts. Unrealistic sales targets, debriefings and meetings if not matched. Crew are not allowed to call sick otherwise threatened with dismissal and demotion. Many of the cabin crew speak very poor English. Poor working conditions.
