Pros

Nice canteen staff, discounted flights

Cons

Rude management, insufficient training, crazy shift pattern, no subsidies for working late, staff are rude to each other and to other departments, if you don't wear fake lashes, acrylic nails and spray tan to work every day, you're treated like a weirdo

Pros

No good reasons at all it’s a absolute joke how you get treated for all the work you put in you work so much and get paid not even minimum wage ! And on top of it you can’t even be sick cold winter months it’s so easy to get sick especially in Ireland

Cons

Staff bully crew ! , underpaid , treated so bad , nothing you do is appreciated base supervisors don’t help you with anything and if you have a problem with something and ask them for help they ignore you and then give out to you for not sorting it out

Pros

Get in the aviation, valuable experience.

Cons

Current management really not supportive. Lots of work, only nights, Line Maintenance ( but 5 nights on 3 days off shift scheme).. exhausting, lots of responsibilities for which the salaries do not balance it at all, nor your life work balance as well. After nearly three years (the salary has only been raised last year in October, it was punishing 18k before) I've fallen in near state of depression and constant feeling low status. Manager wants you in the office anytime they like to, completely disregarding the fact you just done a 10 hour night shift. Disciplinary hearings for a signle mistake not even related to the job itself. Disregarding your history in the company.
