Pros

Good point to start if you're looking forward a career in aviation.

Cons

Not treated as a human been, but as a number (literally). Just focus in the sales, not in the customer service and safety of the passengers. Ridiculous management from top to toe. Unprofessional and incompetent colleges as they hire everybody without even speaking english, as long as you pay them the 3,000 euro of the course, you're hire!

Pros

I've met extraordinarily hard working people

Cons

Very low pay, not getting paid while on the ground (long hours in the ground for flight wait, flight planning etc), no benefits given at all except 'reduced tickets' (useless, sometimes booking on the actual website is much cheaper), a lot of senior cabin crews are downright nasty. Ryanair protects these people even if they get reported.

Pros

Easy to get this job. Preview of your roster for 1 month. Nothing else I can think of! Avoid it!

Cons

Bullies in the company. Payment is ridiculous. No basic salary. Totally dependent on how many flight hours attributed per month. Uniform is pathetic and bad quality.
