Pros

Not very many.. Colleagues are nice (united) get good experience if you are prepared to work much longer hours than you are meant to for less than competitive salaries!

Cons

Extremely low salaries - feel they are doing you a favour by offering you a job in Europe's "favourite airline" No appreciation for any of the work you do.. should have been done earlier as everything is due yesterday! Expectation is for you to go above and beyond every day at your own expense... Literally.. I don't mean not being paid for overtime (although your not) I mean sometimes your job will cost you money and Ryanair don't do expenses. In fact you wont even get a cup of tea of coffee in the place! In the case you are unable to buy something to do your job or work over time or weekends you will be humiliated by management, given out to, punished and shamed! Management are bullies and will gang up on you and turn on you if things aren't going their way... You're just a number in here.. and replaceable and they make you feel that way every day!

Pros

Opportunity to gain experience to move on to better airlines

Cons

Paying for the training, accomodation, uniform, no food for the crew, working 12 hour shifts starting at 5 AM, not enough rest between shifts, poor salary and working conditions, being constantly harassed by the supervisors regarding sales and targets.
