Base transfers, meet new people, learn new languages, gain experience and flight time in order to start a future in aviation.

Cons

Low salary, only paid based on flight time, not when on the ground; bad treatment and communication; No food or water provided for crew onboard; Long out of hours shifts; No homestandby paid; Reaching the legal max of 100 hrs flight time per month or more, Not enough space for crew inside the A/C. No free staff travel available for the crew; No CSA blue tickets; No staff priority boarding;
