Pros

meeting different people, working with good crew really makes a difference. make great friends. Great roster 5 on/3 off.

Cons

pay isn't worth it. bad management, they don't care about you. policy regarding charging for water/food especially during long delays can be very changeling to deal with in the cabin. never give you full sales bonus that you've earned.
