Pros

6 cheap return flights per year after completing a 1 year probation period.

Cons

No bonuses at all, management is extremely under qualified, they constantly try to bully the employees to get their way. Do not abide by regulations at all. Disgusting environment to work in.

Pros

- great experience and learning opportunity - depending on a base- great co-workers and job stability - discounted (not free) travel - somewhat stable roster pattern

Cons

- depending on a base- bad co-workers and job stability - depending on a base- pay at the poverty line - randomly allocated base - management that goes over bodies (including their own) to save 0.01 cent - management with no plan or vision of the future - possibility of career advancement is almost none as all managerial positions are filled with cheap grad students -toxic culture - and much, much, more
