Pros

You work with different people, with different cultures, with different experiences. Not repetitive job, every day you have an "adventure" in a good way or a bad way

Cons

Bad salary. You work too hard for bad payment. The Company doesn't care about you. The Company believes that you have no personal live, family or problems. The Company's bad decision. No health insurance (risky job). No life insurance (risky job). No payment while working on the ground (home standby, airport duty, boarding, disembarking, delayed flights etc).

Pros

No pros working for this company

Cons

Canteen is a disgrace, infested with mice. Toilet facilities are appalling, almost every toilet seat is broken, the urinals are constantly blocked & flowing out onto the floor. Office chairs are all broken. Constant nights. If you’re not in HQ then you’re treated like dirt off a shoe.
