Pros

Job is relatively easy, as long as you're good with people.

Cons

Where to begin? There's soo much to choose from.. Terrible recruitment process; wholly unprofessional recruitment agency owned by Ryanair (crew link) CCI / Cabin Crew International (also Ryanair owned) are an unprofessional bunch The 'crew control' is understaffed leading to increased wait times for crucial issues. Bad pay Bad working conditions And many more things..

Pros

1) Great company to start your career

Cons

1) Don't trust them for a second, that they wont kick you out after you give them your 30k. Believe me, some people couldn't complete the line training items. They expect you to finish Line Training at 84 sectors and they wont say it on the contract. They will just kick you out. Such a shame. Almost in-human.
