Pros

Having a good first stage to do the job you like, in hard conditions.

Cons

Being first based in Germany will be your grave. Salary not even reaching minimum national salary. No kind of help in finding accommodation, leading to moultiple employee leaving (and that is their intention) so the company can treat their employee with low salary. Illegal 20 days of vacancies per year. 10% sales bonus is a joke, in 2 years I never really saw the 10%. Lately the Company gave the possibility to accept the pre-covid agreement restoration salary, just after Cabin Crew threatened a national strike (the restoration is still too little). So much more going on and so little is being done for it, and heard from them to fix it.
