      Great work life balance. Work from home with flexibility. Wonderful people across all departments and regions; they have built a culture around helping one another. Very competitive pay and amazing benefits. Successful, growing software company.

      Pros

      Fair Compensation. Good work-life balance. good benefits for employees. Good for Mainframe field-related people.

      Cons

      Mostly all the products are legacy products with no new outlook/ideas. Growth is limited, as most products are mainframe oriented or products used to be run by IBM. Old guys(especially the ones in the US) think the new talent can't handle much.
