      Pros

      Fair Compensation. Good work-life balance. good benefits for employees. Good for Mainframe field-related people.

      Cons

      Mostly all the products are legacy products with no new outlook/ideas. Growth is limited, as most products are mainframe oriented or products used to be run by IBM. Old guys(especially the ones in the US) think the new talent can't handle much.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
