      Pros

      Work, good people, inclusivity-diversity-equality initiatives. Rocket is about legacy software but it tries to move forward.

      Cons

      If you are lucky you will be in project with perspectives and interesting challenges. If you are not lucky than you will get all problems - unpromising hard work without personal growth. Also it depends on the office - some offices has budgets for conferences and some not. Social justice initiatives are double standards. They have resources for trainings, education and news posting but there is no resources for software accessibility improvements. It is very hard to introduce changes for DX improvement or tech debt fixes. Tech debt can be hard enough to kill projects.
