      Very good place to work. Almost all the policies in rocket favour the employees. Every rocketeer works with empathy humanity and trust which are the core policies of the company.

      Cons

      Can't actually think of cons. Although, there are many products that are not related to mainframes, there are some major projects on mainframes.
