      Pay, benefits and bonus are good.

      Cons

      Complete change of management in last 2 years. Constantly changing processes and procedures without any regard to how much it reduces real work being done. Little regard for those working on the most profitable products. Moving everything to India or Belarus.

      Great people to work with. Too bad most are looking to escape.

      Cons

      Micro management and excessive process make developers jobs impossible to do. Developers, QA, support are looking to flee. Too much stress, no raises...ever!

      Nice facilities, good benefits, tremendous potential

      Cons

      All the good executives were washed out in 2016. CEO only cares about profits and doing engineering for the least cost possible. He refuses to put strong executives in place - loves sycophants. Company had some really strong leaders and they either quit or were reorg'ed out. Talking to friends who are still there, everyone is updating their resume.
