Pros

The people at Rocket make the company, all enthusiastic and intelligent and willing to help. The vast majority of employees are engineers, thus a very technical environment. Good benefits and about 90% of all employees work from home.

Cons

Only con is common to all companies these days - they know how to attract great talent but have trouble keeping them.
