      Great people, great place for the most part. Great CEO too.

      Cons

      If things go wrong someone is taking the fall - not enough revenue, not enough margin, etc.

      Pros

      If you are going with the political swell, you'll do fine...just be a yes man and mgmt is happy. There are always new people coming into the fold from their purchasing companies.

      Cons

      While the company has purchased many smaller companies over the past years, their original systems continue to be used with companies having to fit their mold. Frustrations were many due to the duplicate and repetitive information needed within multiple systems which did not 'speak' to each other.

      -Ok benefits, great if you have children, otherwise meh. -Easy and low pressure for the most part. -Most people have been there a loooong time.

      Cons

      -Stupid business model. Let's buy structurally declining business and try to make them grow. -Profitable branches subsidize products that should be shut down. -Lack of investment in profitable products because cash is going to poorly performing products. -Slaves to IBM. -CEO uninspiring.
