Talented workforce - hiring exceptionally clever people with good values. Great pipeline Flexible working policy

Cons

Repeatedly goes through re-orgs - next one is looking to outsource a lot of the internal work which is a shame as I think we would do a better job in-house. Another attempt for McKinnsey to line their pockets perhaps.. A promotion freeze has been in place for years (except for top leadership positions) Salaries are not as competitive as other organisations

The company has forgotten how to move from vision to execution. There is too much time spent setting up a grand vision, too little time and resources devoted to making that vision a reality. It creates swirl and hardship.
