Talented workforce - hiring exceptionally clever people with good values. Great pipeline Flexible working policy
Cons
Repeatedly goes through re-orgs - next one is looking to outsource a lot of the internal work which is a shame as I think we would do a better job in-house. Another attempt for McKinnsey to line their pockets perhaps.. A promotion freeze has been in place for years (except for top leadership positions) Salaries are not as competitive as other organisations
