      Ruined by private equity takeover

      Pros

      Good people (excluding those installed by private equity management), advanced technology, good weekly training on latest tech or methods, interesting work.

      Cons

      Private equity senior management have taken over and are immoral to the point of being fraudulent. Life for management under them has been made a misery with incessant pressure for growth and cost cutting.
