      The company is constantly growing at a really fast rate so there are always new and exciting things happening, the portfolio of clients is really interesting The people are great, everyone is extremely friendly and always keen to help. Over my time here I have also made a number of life long friends! You are always encouraged to get involved in different things, learn about new technologies or get involved in a project. Everyone's ideas are listened to and many ideas have been successfully implemented! It is very fast paced and there is always a lot going on

      There could be more flexibility on working from home In terms of benefits if there was a way to buy extra holiday days that would be good
