Pros

There are a lot of (international) career opportunities within the organisation. Everything is possible as long if you are willing to invest in your own career and keep improving yourself. Robert Walters is an organisation which invests a lot of time in to their employees. There is an extensive masterclass which is given by senior managers for starters. This masterclass will ensure you to be up and running in no-time. The co-workers are great. Everybody have the same traits more or less which means there is always a lot of fun. Within recruitment you will get in touch with a lot of inspiring people (candidates and clients) which gives a lot of energy.

Cons

Working hours can be fairly long at the beginning of your career.

Pros

Culture (the office is full of positive energy, work hard play hard type of environment, regular team building, happy hours etc) Team (very high bar for hiring, everyone is smart, motivated yet humble and all teams work collaboratively, there is constant cross selling) Clients (growth stage startups, have direct access to hiring managers who are CTOs, CMOs, CFO, COOs or founders/cofounders, lots exposure to exec team) Training (the group and top management take learning & development seriously, there are regular professional training as well as on the job training) Rewards (lots very achievable incentives both locally and globally i.e there is a global incentive trip every year for top performers) Growth (company is still relatively small compare to other offices so lots of growth happening in the next few years, great time to join and be part of the growth) Office location (hands down best view in SF city) 401k (there is match after 1 year)

Cons

I wouldn't say these are cons but definitely needs improvement Tools & Technologies (lack of hellosign, dropbox, google hangouts, slack, etc but management is aware is trying to improve) Flexibility (work from home, sick leaves, doctor appointments etc but definitely improving)

Pros

- great training that is tailored to the level of the consultant - great people that work for each other in a collective team environment - well known brand that is recognised in the market - international opportunities for top performers - working hours are much better than they used to be - overall, a great place to work because of the people and the career development opportunities

Cons

- there can be a lack of transparency and communication but this has improved - largely dependant on bulge bracket clients
