      Pros

      A fantastic company with a real family feel about it which is rare for such a big business. It's refreshing to work in an environment where everyone is treated equally and is respected regardless of role. The business is great at recognizing peoples achievements across the business. The company is going from strength to strength and the opportunities within the business are endless. Its great to work in a business where you can take you career in any direction you choose.

      Cons

      I can't think of any, if you want to work hard and be rewarded for it then this is a great company.
