Great products that people enjoy. Good teams at the American stores [Managers/ASM] Beautiful visual merchandising.

Cons

No room for professional growth/advancement. Unachievable goals [US Markets] One good employee carrying the weight of a team. LA- "Local Activation" is very desperate. Little to no branding, makes it hard to feel good when people still don't recognize the brand by YEAR 3 [Going on 4]

Pros

Lovely team. Great variety of products. A free product allocation every quarter.

Cons

A lot of favouritism of shop staff from head office. You will either be in the good books, or they will literally try and get rid of you. Also almost impossible to reach their massive targets to get a monthly bonus. Too much pressure from head office. Very high staff turnover. Head office not valuing good effort, and staff working for the company for years are not recognised.
