Pros

- Amazing people to work with, very fun and loving people - Work environment is very nice - Amazing learning environment, there were many trainings and constant learning moments by our manager

Cons

- No transparency in communication Only a part of the team knew about who was going to stay and who wasn't after Christmas . It was kept a bit secretive. Some people felt left out and unsure.

Desperate brand, desperate head office

Pros

- Generous allocation and 30% off - Small team allows you to bond well - The shop itself is very pleasing (looks wise) - Depending on the manager, you may be somewhat understanding -Extensive, fun training (although it can feel as if you're in school) - Generous gift at christmas

Cons

Where to begin? - Head office are a mess, pushing for unrealistic targets and causing the managers to stress out so much = everyone else stressed - The 'selling ceremony' requires employees to act as robots, you must remember every single detail, don't bother trying to personalise the experience for each individual customer, you must pick up the basket at all costs even if it scares them off - Managers insist you approach the customer again and again which drives them away - Head office are always watching you, so don't try and make a human error (remember you are a robot) - Rather than encouraging employees, things that need to be improved are always highlighted - Rotas aren't fixed and are changed at very short notice - Even if you're unwell, you feel obliged to come to work as no efficient cover is put in place and your co-workers will probably have to cover on your day off - No extra pay on bank holidays, christmas eve, boxing day, new year's eve or new year's day - Favouritism - Activation: once in a while it's fine to attract people in, it can even be fun to engage with customers outside, but everyday and every hour is excessive and desperate (if they want to come in store they will)

Pros

Good products, nice concept, nice shops, good philosophy, good customer service training.

Cons

Bad Management, favoritism, no option for promotion, bad internal communication, the company doesn't know how to keep good staff working for them.
