Archaic attitude from Head Office, quick to criticise yet no recognition for hard work & commitment. Constant turnover of Head office team, serious lack of communication & organisation . This Company was once a great place to work but sadly that all changed & certainly not for the better once the UK retail management changed. Very rapid turnover of store managers & teams but that is unsurprising considering how little respect they are given. In a nutshell, so much is expected yet simple recognition is neglected . Employees feel worthless & unappreciated. Horrible place to work. During my time there we lost so many really good people because they were pushed out if their face didn’t fit. Really sad. Zero career opportunities unless you had worked with any of the Head Office team in previous Companies , otherwise you were bypassed.
