      The discount is about the only positive thing there.

      Cons

      Where to begin? The target is obscenely high and impossible to reach at times. Extremely competitive work environment (they'll tell you it's not but it's a lie) Very catty work place. The schedules aren't consistent, hours are constantly changing. They will try to demote you any chance they get. They will not properly train you then literally yell at you for not doing it correctly. Honestly just look elsewhere. They also expect you to be very pushy about sales and get mad when you are not pushy with customers.

      50% off that’s the only good. Nice discount for yourself which company’s aren’t that generous had to write something due to the 20 word.

      Cons

      working in management in different company’s , luxury or affordable lead me to open my eyes to see how ridiculous upper management is. under no circumstances should in 100 degrees weather or right after a snow storm should you be outside begging pedestrians to try your product. they hire , value the most incompetent workers. anywhere from mac makeup management which is intriguing because we all know mac has absolutely no customer service skills but want you to to wear 10 layers of make up which is not what the company represents . also if they move you up enjoy it while it last , because they will demote you any chance they get to compensate you less. management do as they please when they please. extremely unprofessional, they can are negligent to what really matters. they play favorites , extremely high turn over .having said that if you do move up , theyll giving you a position as “acting manager “which just means they won’t compensate you accordingly.
