      Very high paced environment - always hustling, a good amount of learning opportunity

      Cons

      Chaotic, toxic culture - mangement is not supportive at all. Completely product driven, Engineering does not have much say. Full of tech debts.

      High stress job. When you’re on chats you can take 2 at a time which makes it difficult to assist customers especially when a zoom call is needed.
