      Great product, long hours

      Pros

      Great product. Add new features and functionality constantly. Most customers love it.

      Cons

      Expect to work 10-12 hours to hit quota with dozens of new changes every week. Tons of Salesforce admin work to keep up with leadership asks. No control over calendar. Hard to take lunch breaks or leave your desk for the full 8 hours before embarking on your admin for the evening.

      high base, that's it. But if you compare total compensation, it's not near industry average. I will explain in Cons below.

      1. Zero employee benefit. 2. Bad management. 3. Hire and Fire. 4. Blameful culture.

      Utterly unprofessional work culture

      Pros

      Salary is good and equipments provided to work are good.

      Cons

      1. No structured company policy and procedures. 2. Biased and unprofessional managers. 3. incompetent HRBPs; they are unable to arrive at fair decision for any situation. Mere puppets to what that the manager says. 4. Combining points 3, 4 the workplace becomes toxic and extremely hostile to work. 5. If you ask a question for a clarification, you will be framed hard and the instance will be discussed at every meeting creating resulting in a mental harassment and bullying. Soon, out of no where they will link it with performance and and one day you will be asked to resign. 6. My suggestion is, please find a reputed and large company to work with which has great culture and values not just in words but exercised at all times by everybody.
